About the Role

Operate and maintain boiler systems that provide steam and hot water required for processing.

Responsibilities

Boiler Operation

  • Monitor boiler systems to ensure efficient and safe operation.

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance.

  • Diagnose and repair boiler system issues.

  • Conduct safety tests and system checks to ensure reliability.

  • Maintain accurate records of operations, maintenance, and repairs.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

  • Manage fuel inventory and consumables for boiler operation.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

    Food Safety Implementation

  • Follow all Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) requirements during shifts.

    Process Improvement

  • Propose ways to reduce energy consumption in boiler operations.

    Career Growth & Development

  • Weekly check‑ins with manager, mentorship, and training programs.

  • Regular performance feedback and career reviews every six months.

    Qualifications

  • Certificate in Boiler Operation, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience operating boilers.

  • NITA Certification required.
