Responsibilities

Design and Deliver Scalable Solutions
Ensure automation, AI, enterprise systems, and integrations solve real business problems.
Guide solution architecture and engineering decisions.
Contribute to design, prototyping, and delivery of high‑priority initiatives.
Conduct architecture and technical quality reviews.
Establish integration standards across systems and platforms.
Oversee delivery, adoption, and performance of automation portfolio.
Build and Strengthen Engineering Capability
Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing engineering team.
Establish governance and SOPs for delivery excellence.
Mentor specialists to build long‑term technical leadership pipelines.
Drive Organizational Transformation
Champion adoption of automation and modern engineering practices.
