Responsibilities

Drive AI and Automation Strategy.

  • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for AI and automation.

  • Translate priorities into a pipeline of high‑impact initiatives.

  • Support development and execution of Tupande’s AI roadmap.

  • Ensure investments deliver measurable value.

    Design, Build and Deliver Solutions
  • Lead full lifecycle of AI‑enabled solutions.

  • Architect and integrate AI across enterprise applications and systems.

  • Build scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

  • Balance innovation with sustainability and risk management.

  • Guide technical decision‑making and maintain high engineering standards.

    Drive Organizational Transformation
  • Champion adoption of automation and AI.

  • Simplify processes, reduce manual effort, and improve decision quality.

  • Support responsible adoption of emerging technologies.

  • Ensure initiatives achieve intended outcomes.

    Build High‑Performing Team
  • Mentor engineers to strengthen AI and automation capabilities.

  • Establish governance and operating standards.

  • Drive culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.

  • Deliver solutions that meet business goals and adoption targets.

    Monitor Performance and Maximize Value
  • Track performance, adoption, and impact of
    AI solutions.

  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Continuously improve effectiveness and sustainability.

  • Ensure portfolio supports long‑term growth and strategic ambitions.
