One Acre Fund Service Integrity Partner Jobs in Rwanda; The Service Integrity Partner: Health works alongside enterprise teams to strengthen services by connecting customer experience, service delivery, and program design. The role is primarily field-facing, staying close to services and customers to understand realities and drive practical improvements.

Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Service Improvement – 30%

  • Visit service locations to observe programs and environments.

  • Capture observations, risks, and gaps.

  • Build trust with customers and frontline teams to understand service experiences.

  • Identify opportunities and challenges grounded in customer feedback.

  • Synthesize and communicate insights to inform program decisions.

    Strengthen Programs with Enterprise Teams – 30%
  • Support teams to test and apply prototypes to improve services in real-time.

  • Observe and capture learnings from implementation.

  • Communicate risks and gaps that may compromise customer experience.

    Cross-Enterprise Learning – 15%

  • Share insights with Service Integrity Team for synthesis and strategic integration.

  • Brief leadership on service insights.

  • Contribute to identifying patterns across services for broader programmatic decisions.

    Strategic Teams Collaboration – 15%

  • Participate in 1–3 strategic teams to advance organizational priorities.

  • Shape how insights and learning translate into enterprise-level change.

    Program Design Engagement –
    10%


  • Join early programming discussions to contribute grounded insights.

  • Provide recommendations for improved program design.

  • Explore trade-offs between customer experience, operational realities, and funding constraints.

    Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Public Health, Medicine, or related field.

  • Minimum 7 years of health program implementation/design experience.

  • Relevant technical expertise in primary healthcare, emergency health, or health systems strengthening.

  • Experience providing technical assistance to government institutions.

  • Strong ability to translate observations into practical actions.

  • Familiarity with human-centered design (HCD) approaches.

  • Strong communication and synthesis skills.

  • Fluency in English; advanced degree in Infectious Disease a plus.
