One Acre Fund Regional Data Coordinator Jobs in Uganda ;Seeking a skilled Data & Analytics Coordinator to lead regional data processes, manage field trials, build data skills across teams, and translate field insights into strategies that boost farmer impact.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Data Collection & Survey Tool Management

  • Lead, set up, deploy and manage digital survey tools (CommCare, SurveyCTO, Kobo).

    Data Hygiene & Advanced Excel Analytics

  • Clean, structure and analyze large field datasets using advanced Excel.

  • Translate quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable strategies.

    Field Trial Coordination & Process Management

  • Oversee regional data processes and R&D field trial operations.

  • Integrate feedback from Field Managers and back‑checkers.

    Stakeholder Management & Capacity Building

  • Train, upskill and mentor regional teams and field staff on survey design, data hygiene and tools.

    Career Growth & Development

  • Weekly check‑ins with manager.

  • Regular performance feedback and career reviews every six months.

    Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Quantitative Economics or related field.

  • 2+ years’ hands‑on experience in data/analytics or field operations.

  • Strong expertise in digital data collection tools (CommCare, SurveyCTO, KoboToolbox).

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, data hygiene, structuring large datasets).

  • Proven stakeholder management and capacity building experience.

  • Strong problem‑solving and quantitative analytical skills.

  • Excellent team management skills with experience leading field data collection teams.
