One Acre Fund Product Operations Lead Jobs in Rwanda; Own the way the Product team works by discovering and driving efficiencies through AI adoption, administering the product toolkit, process design and adoption, and use of data. Responsible for ensuring Product ways of working maximize value add.

Responsibilities

Tooling & Infrastructure Administration (40%)

Act as primary administrator for Product Department’s software stack (Dragonboat, Figma, Matomo, Notion).

Manage configurations, permissions, licenses, and vendor relationships.

Drive adoption of AI tools to improve confidence in feature value and automate workflows.

Build standardized approaches to roadmaps, workflows, and automations.

Troubleshoot technical blockers for PMs.

Data Governance & SROI Tracking (30%)

Refine product metrics to ensure alignment, automation, and accuracy.

Audit analytics tools to ensure correct event tracking.

Flag data quality issues to Engineering.

Own reporting to surface insights on Product impact and processes.

Process Enablement & Logistics (30%)

Assist Director of Product with KPI tracking and performance management.

Lead technical onboarding

for new Product hires.

Maintain internal documentation library to ensure standards are accessible and up‑to‑date.

Regular feedback and career reviews every six months.

Qualifications

Soft Skills

Hyper‑organized with strong documentation skills.

Ability to influence without authority.

Hard Skills

Advanced proficiency in PDLC tools (Dragonboat) and documentation platforms (Notion/Confluence).

Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for SROI modeling.

Familiarity with web analytics (Matomo/GA).

Knowledge

Understanding of software product lifecycle (Agile/Scrum basics).

Preferred Start Date

As soon as possible.

Contract Duration

2 years.

Open to citizens or permanent residents of Kenya, Rwanda, Burundi, Malawi, Zambia, DRC, Tanzania, Uganda, Ethiopia, and Nigeria.
