Responsibility

Data Entry

Accurate data entry of client information to the database to achieve set daily targets

Accurate Excel double data entry of client details to meet set daily targets

Timely and accurate data entry of Funeral insurance details into the database

Run Data entry Comparisons at 1600 hours everyday

Print out Data Entry Errors summary, identify their corresponding contracts and have them organized and orderly

Correct Data entry errors on both roster and Excel templates by 1700 hours daily
Safe storage of Excel files in soft copy in designated folders and drives

Report Data entry problems immediately they occur to the supervisor

Capture and keep track of contracts that need field followup

List all cases from contracts that need field follow up and have them sent to the Data entry supervisor

Other Duties

Quality Checking of Enrollment Forms and recording of errors

Filling KPIs and Enrollment progress data collection tools

Tracking of phone number correction sheets, Error correction sheets and Credit correction Sheets and making sure they are all data entered and attached to the farmer contracts

Filling of hard copy materials according to the laid down procedures

Any Other roles assigned by the supervisor

Our Requirements

Strong typing skills, over 30 WPM
High School Certificate is mandatory

Demonstrated computer skills in email and intermediate MS Excel

Great sense of keenness and accuracy as the

data is highly sensitive
