Role Purpose
To deliver IT operations and technical support, manage medium‑complexity IT projects, and streamline field support to increase impact per farmer.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver IT Operations & Technical Support
Provide Tier 2 technical support for end‑user devices, networks, and IT services.
Administer and maintain laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and network infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and operational procedures.
Coordinate IT Projects & Technology Deployments
Manage medium‑complexity IT projects, delivering solutions on time and within scope.
Define project plans, timelines, and stakeholder responsibilities.
Support implementation of new technologies, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
Maintain IT Systems & Operational Excellence
Coordinate routine IT activities including device maintenance, inventory management, and system monitoring.
Track service performance and maintain accurate IT asset records.
Ensure technology services remain secure, efficient, and available.
Drive Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve IT processes through automation and standardization.
Track and report IT operational metrics and service performance indicators.
Contribute to planning and execution of recurring IT activities and initiatives.
Collaborate & Build Strong Customer Relationships
Partner with internal teams and vendors to deliver high‑quality solutions.
Communicate technical information clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Provide excellent customer service across departments and locations.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT operations.
Understanding of IT service management principles and incident processes.
Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT).
Familiarity with IT policies, security standards, and governance practices.
Customer‑focused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Fluency in English required; French is a strong advantage.
