One Acre Fund Impact Division Chief of Staff Jobs in Rwanda;The Impact Division Chief of Staff will support the Chief Impact Officer (CIO) in advancing One Acre Fund’s Global Impact Strategy.

The role improves coordination across workstreams, increases the reach of Impact Division leadership, and leads strategic research, communications and operational initiatives.

Responsibilities

Improving Division Communication & Coordination

Lead annual development of OKRs aligned to impact strategy.

Monitor progress against strategic plan and indicators.

Ensure collaboration between technical and operational teams.

Increasing Leadership Reach

Conduct prioritization reviews with division leadership.

Move complex projects forward on behalf of CIO.

Represent the Division externally with partners.

Take on management responsibilities as appropriate.

Leading Strategic Initiatives

Lead research or operational projects of high importance.

Examples: impact campaigns, new technology research, team‑building, communications improvements, recruitment support.

Weekly check‑ins with manager.

Qualifications

Technical Aptitude

University degree in Agriculture or related field.

Strong analytical skills and ability to sense‑check quantitative analyses.

Enthusiasm for learning and openness to feedback.

Strong verbal and written communication across diverse audiences.

Ability to build trust and listen openly.

English fluency required; Swahili, Kinyarwanda, Kirundi or French a plus.

Leadership & Collaboration

Ability to unite diverse teams and leverage strengths.

Demonstrated leadership experience.

Productivity

Strong organizational skills and systematic thinking.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results quickly.
