One Acre Fund Data Audit Supervisor Jobs in Rwanda;Founded in 2006, One Acre Fund equips 5.5 million smallholder farmers across nine countries with farm supplies, credit, training and services. In Rwanda, operating under Tubura since 2007, the programme serves 2.8 million farmers. The Data Audit Supervisor ensures data accuracy and integrity, supporting reporting and providing trusted insights for organizational decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Data Verification & Quality Control

Conduct field data audits, reconciliation and quality checks across Phase 3 research activities.

Identify and resolve data errors promptly.

Excel & Technical Data Management

Clean, manage and structure field datasets using intermediate Excel functions.

Maintain data integrity across all datasets.

Stakeholder Reporting & Documentation

Document and present qualitative/quantitative findings in English and Kinyarwanda.

Keep Trial Owners and Data Teams aligned on quality standards.

Field Support & Quality Coaching

Collaborate with field teams to provide hands‑on coaching on QA standards.

Optimize survey execution and ensure adherence to protocols.

Weekly check‑ins, mentorship, training programmes and biannual career reviews.

Languages

Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda required.
