Creative lead will; Serve as deputy to the Creative Director within the Global Communications team. Manage the Global Comms support request system, oversee incoming creative requests, delegate tasks to team units, and ensure SLAs and quality standards are upheld. Contribute to creative brainstorming, support brand management, and review Tier 2 and Tier 3 creative content for quality. Directly manage ~3 reports and oversee the professional development of a creative team of ~5 people working on graphic design and video.
