One Acre Fund Contracts Coordinator Jobs in Rwanda;One Acre Fund is seeking an exceptional procurement and contracts professional with 2+ years of experience to increase impact on farmers by driving cost‑saving and coordinating contracting activities for the procurement department.

Responsibilities

Tender Management

Lead end‑to‑end tendering and contract execution for high‑value goods and services.

Collaborate on departmental procurement plans and establish 0–6 month strategic targets.

Set price baselines to negotiate maximum cost savings.

Optimize sourcing processes for higher efficiency.

Contract Planning

Analyze annual spend across key categories to establish a quarterly tender calendar.

Conduct market research to boost competition and contract effectiveness.

Contract Management

Oversee full contract lifecycles and LTAs.

Track price tolerances and manage change control systems.

Analyze market risks and report cost savings.

Supplier Performance Management

Conduct bi‑annual vendor evaluations.

Hold monthly meetings with top suppliers to enforce commitments and create improvement plans.

Stakeholder Management

Act as liaison between external suppliers and One Acre Fund.

Support internal team procurement needs directly.

Career Growth and Development

Weekly check‑ins with manager.

Regular feedback and career reviews every six months.
