One Acre Fund Case Investigation Supervisor Jobs in Zambia; The Case Investigation & Audit Supervisor safeguards organizational integrity and ensures the highest standards of Customer Protection (CP). The role leads investigations into fraud and harassment, manages routine and ad-hoc audits, and recommends strategic actions to improve farmer satisfaction and operational quality.
ResponsibilitiesAudit Ownership Develop data-driven criteria to detect fraud early (repayment fraud, ghost farmers, input swaps).
Plan and execute seasonal audit calendar.
Investigation Management
Lead case investigations into CP violations (Tier I, II, III).
Report findings and recommend corrective actions to leadership.
Capacity Building & Training
Train field staff and clients on CP best practices, repayment processes, and documentation.
Data Entry Support
Provide data entry support to Business Operations leadership to shape customer strategy.
Site Visitations
Conduct regular field visits via motorbike to engage farmers and verify compliance.
Case Management
Investigate anomalies or reported issues using conflict resolution skills.
Ensure farmer data and field activities align with policies and ethical guidelines.
Verification & Accuracy
Perform regular data cleaning to ensure error-free reports.
Process Optimization
Identify recurring issues and suggest practical solutions.
Documentation
Draft clear investigation reports and summaries for management.
Confidentiality
Handle farmer data and
investigative findings with discretion.

Qualifications
Education
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Experience
Minimum 1 year in audit, investigations, compliance, or operations.
Skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Exceptional accuracy in investigations and reporting.
Excellent communication skills (active listening, verbal, written).
Motorbike proficiency (full mastery required within 3 months).
Language fluency in English, Nyanja, Tonga, and Bemba.
