One Acre Fund Analyst - Office of the CFO Jobs in Rwanda;One Acre Fund seeks an exceptional finance professional to strengthen the CFO’s office, driving strategic initiatives and turning complex data into decisions that shape Finance operations organisation‑wide.

Responsibilities

Division Communications & Executive Support

Draft and deliver Finance Division communications.

Maintain communications calendar and coordinate inputs.

Prepare presentation decks, briefing notes and data summaries.

Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.

Division Operations & Governance

Coordinate governance calendar, leadership meetings and forums.

Support agenda development, logistics and follow‑up.

Monitor progress against divisional priorities and OKRs.

Maintain trackers and work plans for effective coordination.

Strategic Projects & Problem Solving

Own projects and workstreams from planning to delivery.

Coordinate CFO‑sponsored initiatives and align stakeholders.

Lead or contribute to cross‑functional projects.

Apply structured problem‑solving to ambiguous challenges.

Analysis, Strategic Insight & Flexible Resourcing

Conduct research, benchmarking and financial analysis.

Develop structured outputs such as models and scenario analyses.

Provide flexible support during peak demand or staff transitions.

Support divisional recruitment and priority initiatives.

Weekly check‑ins with manager.

Regular feedback and career reviews every six months.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field.

CPA or ACCA finalist.

About 5 years’ experience in finance, strategy, consulting, project management or operations.

Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Proactive, detail‑oriented and solutions‑focused.

Familiarity with financial analysis and management reporting preferred.

Comfortable with ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities.

Full professional proficiency in English with strong written communication skills.
