Office of Internal Oversight Services Investigator Jobs in Kenya;The Investigator will plan, organize and conduct investigations into alleged misconduct, including cases of sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) and sexual harassment.

The role establishes facts, drafts reports, formulates recommendations and supports intake and referral services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct investigations of misconduct, fraud, corruption and SEA/sexual harassment.

  • Establish facts, determine findings and recommend corrective measures.

  • Draft and review reports, perform legal research and evidentiary analysis.

  • Maintain and update guidance material based on best practices.

  • Review policy decisions and advise on legal implications.

  • Promote cooperation with other OIOS divisions and UN offices.

  • Support Intake services (hotline, preliminary assessments, jurisdiction analysis).

  • Support Referral services (draft correspondence, compile documentation, follow up outcomes).

  • Perform administrative functions related to policies and procedures.

  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and provide insights using visualization methods.

  • Perform other duties as required.

  • Advanced degree in Law or related field required.

  • First‑level degree plus 2 years’ additional experience acceptable.

    Languages

  • Fluency in English required.

  • French desirable.
