Responsibilities


  • Office management
  • Typing documents
  • Answering office calls
  • Preparing and binding documents.
  • Printing, scanning, photocopying
  • Running errands
  • Filing documents
  • Any other duty assigned


    Requirements


  • Form four leaver, certificate or diploma in any business related field or its equivalent
  • 1 year working experience in an office setting.
  • Knowledge using MS Office suit
  • Good command in English and Kiswahili both in writing and spoken.
  • Past experience in a law firm is an added advantage.
