Oasis Healthcare Group Procurement Officer Jobs in Kenya; To ensure the timely, cost‑effective, and compliant procurement of goods, services, and medical supplies required for the hospital’s operations while maintaining quality standards and building reliable supplier relationships that support uninterrupted patient care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement plans in coordination with departmental heads.

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality products.

  • Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with approved budgets and procurement policies.

  • Maintain an updated and pre‑qualified supplier database.

  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of procurement records for audit and compliance purposes.

  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

  • Coordinate with finance to ensure proper invoice verification and payment processing.

  • Ensure adherence to internal procurement policies and statutory requirements.

  • Conduct regular market surveys and benchmarking to ensure value for money.

  • Manage inventory levels in collaboration with stores to prevent stock‑outs and overstocking.

  • Participate in tendering processes and evaluation committees where required.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function.
