We are a fast-growing technology solutions provider with a portfolio of innovative digital solutions in Insurance, Healthcare, Public Sector, Logistics, Education and others.

We are seeking an individual with a passion for innovation and solving complex problems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing solutions to client problems and working with project managers and developers to ensure their successful execution.

Responsibilities

Analysis of client problems and conceptualise solutions

Keep abreast of current business and technology trends relevant to client problems

Articulate client needs by defining desired client experience, processes and requirements

Translate client needs to systems design and specifications and communicate with developers to ensure understanding

Manage testing to ensure compliance to design

Analyse impact of software change requests

Participate in user training and development of training manuals

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in technology or a business related field

Good understanding of current technology and business trends

Software Design skills

Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills

Innovation mindset

Coaching and team management skills

Experience

At least 4 years’ experience in business analysis, software design and requirements management

Experience with both waterfall and agile software delivery approaches

Experience with modern software design tools

Experience in end to end requirements management
