The County Government of Nyeri wishes to recruit competent and qualified persons to fill the following vacant positions in the County Public Service Board:

  • Member – County Public Service Board

    Requirements for appointment:
  • Be a Kenyan citizen:
  • Be a holder of at least a first degree from a university recognized in Kenya;
  • Working experience of not less than five (5) years;
  • Should not be a serving public or state officer
  • Be a professional, and demonstrate absence of breach of the relevant professional code of conduct; and
  • Satisfy the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution
  • Experience at senior management level or previous Board membership will be an added advantage.

    Duties and Responsibilities
  • Duties as stipulated in the County Governments Act
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by the Board
