Nyandarua County Government Sports Coach Jobs

Duties

To create and implement a high quality coaching programme, maximize participation and performance of competitive teams;

To ensure all equipment associated with the coaching programme is correctly set up, maintained, stored and returned on completion of the coaching programme;

To provide appropriate mentoring, support and guidance to players; and

To continually monitor and evaluate all sessions, activities and programmes and provide concise progress reports and training logs linked to agreed work programmes.

Requirements

At least a diploma in Physical Education, Sports Science, or any other sports related field; and

At least three years’ experience in coaching.

Persons interested in filling the above position should submit applications in own hand writing accompanied by a two page curriculum vitae. Further, the interested persons must provide the following documents in compliance
with Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010:-

Tax compliance certificate;

Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) clearance certificate where applicable;

Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) clearance;

Certificate of good conduct; and

Clearance certificate from the Credit Reference Bureau (CRB).
Applicants should also provide certified copies of relevant academic and professional certificates, national identity card or passport and any other relevant documents. All applications should clearly indicate the position applied for in the reference line and be addressed to:
