Job Specification:

Degree in agriculture / horticulture or related discipline.

Consider a Diploma Holder in Horticulture instead of a Degree holder.

Practical skills in nursery setups

Local working language skills

Training either as part of formal qualification or by the successful completion of a formal course in pesticides and Fertilizer use.

Exceptional written and oral communication skills

Ability to work proactively and autonomously

Ability to accurately plan, multi-task and pay attention to details

Knowledge in Computer Applications especially Ms Excel and Word.
