Job Purpose

The role holder is accountable to the Finance and Operations Manager and is responsible for membership recruitment, organizing of Sacco events and marketing operations for the Sacco.

Job Specifications

  • Bachelor of Commerce/ Business Administration/Marketing:
  • 4 Years work experience in marketing in a financial institution:
  • Diploma in Marketing/Sales management:
  • Registered with Marketing Society of Kenya (MSK):
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Duties and Responsibilities

  • Development of marketing plan, programmes in line with the strategic objectives and implementation of approved programmes/plans:
  • Recruitment of members through set growth targets and market Sacco products/ services while pro-actively identifying cross-selling opportunities from new customers;
  • Effective organization of the society's events including member education, forums, general meetings and exhibitions.
  • Preparation of monthly performance report for the department
  • Any other duty assigned from time to time
