Nova Pioneer Brands and Admissions Associate Jobs in Kenya;The Admissions & Brand Associate will be responsible for building an ecosystem of compelling content, engaging parents and prospective families, driving brand awareness, and supporting admissions processes. The role combines content creation, customer engagement, admissions tracking, communications, reporting and procurement.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Content Creation / Engagement

  • Develop and implement fresh ideas across social media, newsletters, blogs, video and web content.

  • Build engaging content that drives brand awareness and measures effectiveness bi‑weekly.

    Customer Engagement / Events
  • Organize and execute admissions events, liaising with external companies and individuals.

  • Collect and analyze event data to determine effectiveness and recommend improvements.

    Admissions
  • Track applicants through the admissions funnel from application to decision.

  • Monitor admissions data and provide regular updates to manager and team.

    Communications
  • Lead written, verbal and electronic communications with parents.

  • Copyedit, proofread and revise communications across channels.

    Data & Reporting
  • Maintain Brand and Admissions dashboard.

  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

    Procurement
  • Liaise with External Relations Team to order and refill marketing materials within budget.

    About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce or related field required.

  • 2–3 years’ work experience; marketing and communications experience ideal.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Results‑driven, goal‑oriented and proactive.

  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

  • Project management skills with ability to juggle multiple tasks.

  • Entrepreneurial, empathetic and strategic thinker.

  • Self‑starter with strong work ethic and interpersonal skills.

  • Passionate about education and knowledgeable about the sector.

  • Social media savvy and comfortable in fast‑paced environments.

  • Excited by Nova’s culture of feedback and mutual vulnerability.
