  • The following vacancies have arisen in our Sales and Marketing department in Kenya,

  • The ideal candidate will for part of our Sales and Marketing team responsible for ensuring the farmers, distributors, stockists reserved to their satisfaction with a view of delivering on company strategies. .

    Required Skills

    • Identification of new product opportunities with commercial recommendations and projections

    • Support the Product committee in product gap analysis.

    • Avail product development proposals for New and Existing products.

    • Undertake market research and gather competitor information to underpin some sales strategies

    • Technical Field back up of the company's products when needed in order to support the sales & marketing function to achieve the company's sales targets.

    • Plan and coordinate successful product launches

    • Undertake product and other trainings for customers & staff

    • Offer technical field support where needed.

    • Offer technical training & support to distributor counter staff in order to optimize the sales of Narbook products

    • Positive attitude is a big winner

    • Resilient, hard worker
    with commitment to accomplishing allocated tasks and grow the business

    • A strong network builder with ability to seek and get new opportunities for growth and development with farmers, distributors, stockists professionals and Norbrook team

    Required Qualifications:

    • Diploma in Animal Health from a recognized Animal Heath and Industry training institution

    • Suitable candidate should be capable of demonstrating achievement of sales targets and brand penetration for defined geographical area

    • Bean experienced salesperson (min. 2 years in the Kenyan market

    • Have good communication and interpersonal skills
