NOPE Uganda and partners with support from Hivos are implementing a gender rights response project in Central region of Uganda.

The project now in its second phase is designed to support women working in flower sector in Uganda.

This project is implemented in some 10 flower farms twinned to 11 schools in Wakiso and Mpigi districts.

The project seeks to improve gender rights, eradicate sexual harassment cases and mitigate the effect of HIV & Aids.

Due to knowledge gaps and lack of comparative data to inform implementation, NOPE Uganda seeks the services of individual consultant to work with the Women@Work programme staff to conduct this study.

A baseline study will be conducted within a period of not more than 21 calendar days during the month of March 2019.
