Requirements

  • Matric Certificate / Grade 12.

  • National Diploma in Information and Communication Technology or relevant qualification.

  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in an ICT environment.

    Competency Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Problem‑solving ability.

  • Organizational skills.

  • Customer service orientation.

    Responsibilities

  • Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.

  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.

  • Provide user support face‑to‑face or over the phone.

  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software faults.

  • Provide support including procedural documentation and reports.

  • Set up new user accounts, profiles, and manage password issues.

  • Replace parts as required.

  • Test and evaluate new technology.
