Description

  • The Government of the Republic of South Sudan (GRSS) has received a Grant from the African Development Bank toward the cost of the Strategic Water Supply and Sanitation Improvement Project(SWSSIP), and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this Grant shall be used for payments under the contract for Consultancy services for Feasibility Studies, Detailed Engineering Designs, Preparation of Tender Documents for Improving the Water Supply system and Supervision of Works Contract in Juba City Phase II.

    The services under this project include the following

  • Feasibility Studies;

  • Water Resources Assessment;

  • Detailed Engineering Designs,

  • Preparation of tender Documents

  • Supervision of Works Contract

    Qualifications Required

  • Only the experts meeting the set criteria will be shortlisted and contacted.

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Environmental/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

    Professional Experience Required

  • He/she must have a minimum of 20 years overall experience

  • Minimum 15 years of on-site experience in supervision/construction of water supply projects.

  • Experience as FIDIC Yellow Book Engineer/Resident Engineer in minimum 2 successfully implemented projects for supervision of construction of water supply distribution systems and treatment plants.

  • Experience in developing countries in water sector will be mandatory.

  • Good command of written and spoken English.
