Our client, NikoDigi is a startup registered in Kenya to provide Saccos with a digital core-banking system and digitize the transport sector in the country.

NikoDigi targets all Micro / Bosa Sacco’s in the country, the various players in the transport industry and the consumers of these services.

In line with this objective, they would like to recruit a competent and capable Sales Executive to sale the platform to Sacco’s across the country.

Job Location:

  • Nairobi

    Roles and Responsibilities
  • Marketing the NIKODIGI platform to BOSA Saccos;
  • Training Saccos and Sacco officials on how the platform works;
  • Do Not Attach Certificates and
  • Testimonials.Actively seeking new sales opportunities through calling and emailing potential clients across the country;
  • Maintaining Professional and technical knowledge of our products and services;
  • Researching and documenting on new interests in the market or as requested by clients. (New and existing);
  • Following up on any client leads established and initiating sales leads;
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and cooperative events to familiarise and network with sector players;
  • Handling any Issues raised by our clients and partners;
  • Identifying potential business opportunities and crafting product that fits the need;
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with potential NikoDigi partners;
  • Organizing Training activities in liaison with business development team;
  • Developing and implementing marketing campaigns and strategies for the Sacco system;
  • Write reports and provide feedback to the management on the progress of clients;
  • Establishing sales
    techniques based on interactions and results found in the field;
  • Sourcing and working on following up with customer referrals for sales conversion;
  • Collecting competitor information and analyzing the current trends in the market for better business positioning;
  • Monitoring the various marketing strategies and issuing reports on the same;
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients;
  • Contributing constructively and actively as part of the NikoDigi a team.
  • Achieving set sales targets.

    Person Specifications
  • A relevant business Degree or Diploma in sales or business related field.
  • Strong industry and product knowledge;
  • Track record of closing sales and meeting sales targets;
  • Organization and time management skills;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Knowledge of Sacco sector operations;
  • Possession of 2-4 years’ Experience.
