Based in our Ruiru Main Campus, the successful candidate will play a vital role in bridging academia and industry.

Responsibilities include cultivating and expanding partnerships with businesses and organizations across sectors, securing internships, apprenticeships, job placements, and collaborative projects. These efforts benefit students and align with our training goals, while fostering valuable industry connections.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and promote relationships with industry partners.

Identify and pursue collaboration opportunities.

Facilitate student industrial attachments, including organizing tours and advising on workplace learning.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in business development, corporate relations, or a similar role, preferably in an educational or non-profit setting.

Demonstrated success in establishing and maintaining partnerships with external organizations. Strong organizational and project management skills are necessary, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives concurrently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.

In-depth knowledge of the current job market, industry trends, and requirements is essential.
