Ngong Hills Hotel Food & Beverage Manager Jobs in Kenya

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management or a related field

Minimum 5 years' experience with 2-3 years' experience in an F&B supervisory or managerial role

Strong knowledge of F&B operations, cost control and inventory management

Good leadership, communication and commercial skills

Knowledge of POS and hotel/inventory systems

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily food and beverage operations, including bar, restaurants and events

Focus on revenue, profitability, and cost management

Uphold service, food quality, and hygiene standards

Train and motivate the F&B team

Manage stock, purchasing, inventory, and waste

Ensure guest satisfaction and effective service recovery

Comply with hotel SOPs, food safety, and Kenyan regulations
