Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell our range of tiles and carpets to residential and commercial customers.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

  • Provide expert advice on product selection, design trends, and installation options.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.

  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor offerings, and market trends.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

    Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in sales & marketing or a related business field, with at least 2 years of experience as a sales executive.

  • Prior experience in selling tiles is preferred, and knowledge in interior design would be advantageous.

    Key Competencies:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
