NFT Head of Commercial Jobs in UgandaJob Purpose;
The Head of Commercial s/he will be overseeing all functions of the sales and marketing strategy and providing leadership and direction to sales associates to ensure all business objectives are achieved.Accomplishing marketing and sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, and assigning employees. They should be in position to execute planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions.
Duties and Responsibilities;
Achieving marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans, implementing customer-service standards, identifying trends; determining system improvements and implementing change.
Meeting marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
Determining annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products, establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices, competition, supply and demand.
Accomplishing marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
Identifing marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business and establishing targeted market share.
Improving product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities, improving product packaging and coordinating new product development.
Sustaining rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities.
Providing information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Protecting organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Accomplishing marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Handling the accountability process in the Mulwana way and ensuring that it is being executed through teams
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualification and Experience;
Master’s in Business Administration or any other related field
International Certification is an added advantage.
With experience of not less than 6 years of working in FMCGs

Personnel and Human Resources
Adaptable to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
Able to coach staff through rapid deployment of operational changes
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a history of influencing multiple staff levels
Ability to make logical and accurate decisions using the best available information.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and anticipate needs, with orientation detail and well organized.
Excellent skills in word processing, spreadsheet use and power point presentation
Proven ability to succeed in the day to day management of sustaining as well as strategic priorities.
Technical knowledge/understanding of the industry or with ability to learn expeditiously.
Passionate about eliminating problems before they occur or after only one occurrence.
Strong leadership skills including the capability to drive improvement and challenge the status quo.
Able to plan ahead and effectively implement designed plans.
