Job Summary;Our client in IT sector is seeking to hire a qualified Sales Account Manager who will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales.
The Sales Account Manager will be working to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, responding to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience with excellent communication and negotiation skills and being customer service oriented.
Duties and Responsibilities;
Managing portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
Developing positive relationships with clients.
Acting as the point of contact and handling customers’ needs.
Generating new business using existing and potential customer networks.
Resolving conflicts and providing solutions to customers in a timely manner.
Supervising account representatives to ensure sales increase.
Reporting on the status of accounts and transactions.
Setting and tracking sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
Monitoring sales metrics (e.g. Quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Suggesting actions to improve sales performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
Requirements,Experience and Qualifications;
Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive.
Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer.
Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and outlook in particular)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
