NFT Consult Outbound Logistics Team Leader Jobs in Uganda


Job Purpose;

Our client is a manufacturing industry seeking to hire an Outbound Logistics Team Leader who will be responsible in supporting customer service, coordinating, monitoring the flow of products and ensuring that the right products are delivered to the right location on time.

Duties and Responsibilities;

  • Dispatching goods, verifying items, checking the quantity and quality of finished goods against picking lists.
  • Receiving issued products from the stores and transfers to different locations and trucks.
  • Establishing, maintaining, receiving, stocking, storing and disbursing procedures in bonded warehouse.
  • Supervising and coordinating activities of the finished goods loaders and the loading of the trucks.
  • Ensures company’s standards of safety are observed and understood by the Suppliers especially truck drivers.
  • Supervising, training and providing assistance to subordinates in the dispatch team.
  • Promoting behavioral safety and acting as a role model for the dispatch loaders.
  • Assisting in training lower level workers.
  • Providing instructions and training in the proper methods and processes necessary to carry out the assignments.
  • Prioritizing and dispatching loaders work to insure appropriate processing sequences.
  • Performing related work appropriate to the work schedule and as assigned.

    Qualifications;
  • A Degree in finance or related field
