Job Summary;
The AP Supervisor is responsible for recording/posting of invoices, DN/CN and Petty cash relating to general expenses in the system. Preparing payments for suppliers and attending the queries of suppliers.

Main Duties are;

Reviewing and controlling all merchandise supply agreements over the merchandise & sourcing team.
Booking and monitoring all revenues from the suppliers as per the agreements conditions and ensure the compliance with the company DOA.
Reconciling all revenues from suppliers and providing the management with summary and detailed reports for the revenues.
Following up & answering the supplier’s daily queries and supplier meetings.
Handling the suppliers balance reconciliation.
Attending the physical stock takes when held and required by the Chief Accountant.
And any other duty assigned to the employee by management.
Qualifications, Experience and Requirements;

Bachelor degree Finance or Commerce
Certified Public Accountant.
2-3 years and of relevant job experience.
Certified Public Accountant
Fluency in English
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent analytical and investigation skills
Ability to work flexible hours
High Sense of responsibility.
Problem solving skills with a sense of urgency.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer care skills.
Team Player.
