NFT Alumni Coordinator Associate Jobs in Zambia



We are looking for a charismatic “bridge-building” Alumni Coordinator Associate eager to cultivate and maintain strong positive relations with the alumni of the Amos Youth Centre to enable them to deeply connect, identify and share opportunities, as well as make significant contributions to their community.

Responsibilities

  • Create/Update Alumni database and individual profiles.

  • Promote and raise awareness of Alumni.

  • Establish and develop new Alumni initiatives.

  • Establish a reporting structure and develop benchmarking of Alumni activities to streamline plans.

  • Increase alumni engagement opportunities.

  • Work closely with legitimate alumni representatives to ensure the alumni community remains connected and engaged.

  • Provide support and advice to Alumni through the provision of advice, data, and relevant information.

  • Ensure that the news and achievements of Alumni are shared through AYC media.

  • Support Alumni on their program of activities and ensure regular liaison with the AYC leadership.

  • Prepare reports for and attend all Alumni meetings.

  • Help coordinate Alumni events.

  • Assist in the production of printed and online communications for Alumni.

  • Develop and manage Alumni social media activity, including regular authorized posts on AYC media platforms. This includes sourcing Alumni to
    cover for regular posts.

  • Establish a mentoring program between Alumni and current students who have chosen similar career paths or other productive common interests.

  • Establish/Strengthen an Alumni.
    Ambassadors Program.

  • Mobilize Alumni support for programming and other needs, in consultation with AYC leadership.

    Qualifications/Requirements

  • Degree in Social Sciences or relevant field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the proven ability to maintain professionalism and tact in high-stress situations.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Creative analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

  • Highly adaptive to new environments.
