Nexus Staffing Solutions Supervisor (Motorbike Spares & Accessories) Jobs in Kenya; We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well‑established dealer in motorbike spares and accessories, for a proactive and results‑oriented Supervisor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, coordinating workflow, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

This role requires a confident leader who can effectively manage people, processes, and business performance in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily business operations.

  • Lead and motivate staff to achieve operational targets.

  • Monitor employee performance and productivity.

  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.

  • Support stock management, inventory control, and replenishment processes.

  • Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.

  • Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.

  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and internal controls.

  • Support business growth initiatives and operational improvements.

    Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a supervisory, team leader, or operations role.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience in retail, FMCG, or motorbike spares industry is an added advantage.
