Nexus Staffing Solutions Sales Executive - Garage & Automotive Equipment Jobs in Kenya;The Sales Executive – Garage & Automotive Equipment will sell professional garage, workshop and automotive equipment to garages, tyre centres, service centres, fleet operators, transport companies, technical institutions and other commercial clients.

This role suits ambitious professionals who enjoy field sales, business development, client visits, product demonstrations and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.

  • Prospect for garages, workshops, fleet operators, tyre centres and commercial clients.

  • Promote garage and automotive equipment (workshop machinery, tyre service equipment, lifts, compressors, wheel balancing equipment, diagnostic tools).

  • Conduct client visits and product demonstrations.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend solutions.

  • Prepare quotations, proposals and sales presentations.

  • Negotiate with customers and close sales.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Follow up on leads and quotations.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor research.

  • Coordinate equipment installation with technical teams.

  • Provide professional after‑sales support.

  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts.

    Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years’ B2B or field sales experience.

  • Experience selling garage equipment, automotive products, machinery, engineering products or industrial equipment (advantageous).

  • Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.

  • Target‑driven, self‑motivated and commercially minded.

  • Comfortable with regular client visits.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Valid driving licence an advantage.

    Commission Opportunity
