Job Summary
Nexus Staffing Solutions Limited is recruiting on behalf of its client, a company operating in the electrical engineering and power solutions industry, for a creative, proactive, and results-oriented Marketing Officer.
The successful candidate will support the organization’s marketing, brand visibility, product promotion, and business development initiatives.
The role involves developing and executing marketing activities, managing digital platforms, creating compelling marketing content, conducting market research, and supporting lead generation.
The ideal candidate should possess strong digital marketing and content creation capabilities, with the ability to translate technical products into clear, engaging, and commercially attractive marketing messages that generate business leads.
Candidates with experience marketing technical, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial products will have a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.
Manage the company's digital marketing platforms, including the website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
Create engaging marketing content, including product brochures, promotional materials, presentations, videos, and social media posts.
Coordinate marketing campaigns, exhibitions, trade fairs, and corporate events.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging market trends and business opportunities.
Support product marketing initiatives for transformers, switchgear, Ring Main Units (RMUs), LV boards, solar solutions, and other electrical products.
Work closely with the Sales and Technical teams to develop accurate product information and effective promotional materials.
Monitor marketing campaign performance, digital engagement, and lead generation, and prepare periodic reports.
Maintain brand consistency and ensure marketing communications comply with company policies and approval procedures.
Support the Business Development team in
lead generation, client engagement, and promotional activities.
Academic and Professional Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably within manufacturing, engineering, electrical equipment, or other technical industries.
Demonstrable experience in digital marketing and social media management.
Strong skills in content creation, graphic design, and marketing communications.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics will be an added advantage.
Good understanding of market research, branding, and marketing campaign management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver measurable results.
