Nexus Staffing Solutions Business Development Manager Jobs in Kenya;We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients in the premium beauty and wellness sector.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to generate sustainable revenue growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across different sectors
Build strategic partnerships and collaborations with brands, companies, and organizations
Identify opportunities for corporate partnerships, joint initiatives, referrals, and collaborations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing high‑value clients
Act as a key relationship contact for selected corporate and strategic accounts
Understand client needs and identify opportunities to expand existing relationships
Generate leads through networking, referrals, direct outreach, industry events, and partnerships
Arrange and conduct business meetings, presentations, and partnership discussions
Prepare proposals, partnership concepts, and commercial presentations
Negotiate business opportunities and partnership arrangements within approved parameters
Maintain an active business development pipeline and ensure consistent follow‑up
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities
Represent the organization professionally when engaging prospective partners and clients
Work closely with internal teams to ensure commitments made to clients and partners are delivered
Maintain accurate records of prospects, partnerships, client interactions, and opportunities
Prepare regular business development reports covering leads, opportunities, partnerships, client retention, and revenue prospects
Support broader growth and brand development initiatives
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or Key Account Management
Demonstrated
track record of generating new business and developing strategic relationships
Proven experience managing corporate, institutional, or large‑scale clients
Strong networking and relationship‑building capabilities
Experience developing partnerships or collaborations between businesses or brands
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
Ability to identify commercial opportunities beyond traditional sales channels
Excellent client relationship and account management skills
Strong communication, interpersonal, and business presentation skills
Ability to engage confidently with senior decision‑makers and business owners
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of revenue generation
Highly organized with excellent follow‑up and pipeline management skills
Self‑driven, proactive, and comfortable working with significant autonomy
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, Hospitality, Healthcare Management, or related field (advantageous)
Industry Experience
Healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, hospitality, luxury, retail, corporate services, professional services, FMCG, technology, or other relationship‑driven industries considered
Key consideration is demonstrated business development and relationship‑management success, not specific industry background
