Newly Licensed Digital Payment Institution IT Service Assurance Manager Jobs in Nigeria

Responsibilities

Maintain and implement appropriate security policies, procedures and controls.

Develop and implement processes and procedures to assure the business’ information assets.

Installs, configures, maintains and supports applications and systems software and associated hardware and peripheral devices.

Check and monitor systems and services are in good working order, and produces schedules to manage these effectively and efficiently.

Providing service delivery data used for the monitoring of service standards and service levels.

Qualifications

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Electrical / Electronic or Telecommunications Engineering or other related discipline.

A Postgraduate degree or professional certification in Telecommunication or Engineering Field will be an added advantage.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years experience in Information Technology Assurance Management.
