New Kenya Co-operative Creameries Limited is the leading Dairy Company in the Country re-known for its world class brands that include KCC Butter, Ghee, Gold Crown, Safariland, Mala, La Yoghurt, Gold Crown and KCC Fresh among others.

We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and result driven person(s) to fill the following vacant position:

Regional Sales Manager

Job Purpose

To facilitate the Sales and Marketing department in the achievement of performance targets at the
regional level and to act as a link between the depot and the head office

Primary Responsibilities

Achievement and setting of sales targets for the region

Management of the sales and distribution network at the regional level

Supervision of the Sales staff for the region

Preparation of budget for the regional sales area

Managing and controlling credit among clients

Any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor

Person Specifications

Academic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing

Professional Qualifications

Professional qualification such as Membership to Marketing Society of Kenya (MSK)

Experience

5 to 6 years’ experience

At least 4 years within the FMCG environment will be added advantage

Skills

Proficient with office computer applications

Prior experience supervising a unit / others doing similar work

Excellent analytical skills

Well-developed report writing skills

Time management skills and attention to detail

Good interpersonal and communication skills
