Nestle Senior Brand Manager - Confectionery - Bryanston Jobs in South Africa;The Senior Brand Manager will join the dynamic Confectionery Team managing some of South Africa’s most iconic chocolate brands.

The role reports directly to the Marketing Manager and is key in developing and ensuring flawless execution of marketing strategies that drive brand growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Understand category dynamics and identify opportunities to improve brand performance

  • Develop brand plans with focus on annual activity grids for new products and promotions

  • Create high‑impact consumer communications integrating all media options

  • Work cross‑functionally to deliver budgeted plans including timelines, volumes, pricing, promotions, and media support

  • Partner with Finance on P&L management and conduct in‑depth reviews

  • Review pricing strategy based on brand strategy and financial analysis

  • Translate insights into innovative solutions and foster an environment for innovation

    Qualifications

    Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing

  • Master’s in Marketing or Business Administration (advantageous)

    Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ brand management experience (preferably FMCG)

  • Exposure to core marketing competencies: strategy, consumer insight, budget planning, promotions, financial management, product development, digital media,
    advertising, stakeholder management, and trade practices

  • Experience leading teams to achieve brand and business objectives
