NEMA Client Relations Officer Principal Jobs in Uganda



Main Purpose of the Job
  • Support the Front Office function of the Authority.

    Duties and Responsibilities
  • Receive and guide NEMA visitors
  • Respond to inquiries
  • Receive and forward documents to responsible officers
  • Direct visitors to the people and offices they desire to see or go to
  • Manage the switchboard, generate and circulate usage print outs
  • Receive feedback from NEMA visitors and forward them to Management,
  • Perform any other official duties as may be assigned by the supervisor

    Qualifications
  • An Honors Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field of Front Office Management,
    Office Management, Tourism and Hospitality, Business Administration or Public
    Administration

    Key Competencies/ Skills
  • Knowledge and skills in customer care
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer literacy
