Responsibilities

Analyzing the credit-worthiness of potential loan customers.

Managing delinquency and ensuring that loan portfolio at risk is below 5%.

Ability to sell and look for new business opportunities.

Qualifications

Degree in the relevant field.

Additional qualifications in Finance.

Possess good marketing skills

Sharp-thinker and self-motivated.

Not less than 5 years’ experience in Micro-Financing.
