NCBA Group Solutions Architect Jobs in Kenya;To develop technical solutions to problems and opportunities presented by the Business, considering both functional and non‑functional aspects utilizing available technology assets. Acts as technical lead for major system projects, providing technical direction and proposals to meet new business requirements or cover functionality gaps.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field.

  • Certification in CBAP, TOGAF, ITIL Foundation or Design Thinking & Innovation.

  • Minimum 3 years’ background in software development (databases, applications, infrastructure, cloud).

  • Experience in software development lifecycle management (waterfall, agile, hybrid).

  • Proven track record in mass‑market complex projects within financial services.

  • Ability to communicate and influence in ambiguous environments.

  • Familiarity with DevOps, Agile working and CICD.

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills; ability to break down complex items into actionable elements.
