NCBA Group Senior Manager HRBP – Talent & Workforce Optimization Jobs in Kenya; NCBA invites you to join us in our quest to create great moments for everyone, everyday The Senior HR Business Partner – Talent & Workforce Optimization is a critical role at the heart of how LOOP grows, scales, and wins across markets. Operating as a strategic partner and workforce architect, the role shapes how talent is acquired, deployed, and optimized to deliver real business value.
This is not traditional HR. At its core, the role is about making work better, smarter, faster, and more effective, acting as both a trusted advisor and hands-on operator using data, insight, and judgment to guide decisions that shape the future of the organization.
Key Accountabilities
Financial – 30%
Develop and implement workforce plans aligned to business strategy, ensuring optimal headcount, cost efficiency, and productivity ratios.
Drive workforce optimization initiatives (Reduce–Eliminate–Automate).
Monitor and manage staff costs and headcount budgets across business units and markets.
Leverage workforce analytics to forecast talent needs, identify risks, and optimize resource allocation.
Customer – 30%
Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, ensuring talent decisions support performance.
Lead end-to-end talent strategy across markets, including acquisition, deployment, and mobility.
Ensure hiring systems attract high-quality, future-fit talent.
Drive a performance-driven culture with clear goal alignment.
Enhance organizational capability through skills mapping, development strategies, and workforce readiness (AI and digital capability).
Strengthen employee engagement and leadership effectiveness.
Internal Business Processes – 20%
Drive
continuous improvement in HR processes for efficiency and scalability.
Lead organizational design and operating model reviews.
Embed data-driven decision-making in workforce and talent management.
Support execution of transformation initiatives including AI workforce adoption.
Learning & Growth – 20%
Build and sustain a high-performing HRBP capability through coaching and development.
Drive capability development across the organization.
Maintain competency in workforce strategy, talent management, and digital/AI-enabled practices.
Ensure succession pipelines and leadership readiness across markets.
Job Specifications
Academic
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
MBA or equivalent is an added advantage.
Professional
Completed or ongoing CHRP Certification.
Member of IHRM.
Desired Work Experience
8–12+ years’ experience in HR, talent, or workforce strategy roles.
Proven experience in workforce planning, talent management across markets, and organizational design.
Experience in fintech, banking, telecom, or high-growth environments preferred.
Exposure to digital transformation, AI, or automation initiatives is an added advantage.
