The Job Holder manages and grows retail wealth solutions by owning the sales journey, preparing proposals, managing feedback, and continuously enhancing offerings.

The focus is on accelerating business growth through client acquisition, portfolio deepening, and market expansion, while equipping Relationship Managers and frontline teams with tools, training, and insights to deliver wealth solutions effectively.

The role also acts as the bridge between the bank and Product Houses (NCBA Investment Bank & Global Markets).
