Main and Responsibilities
  • Attending to customers at the customer care and inquiries desk.
  • Opening accounts for new customers
  • Providing customers with their account balances.
  • Advising and selling society products to customers.
  • Addressing customers issues on the running of their accounts.
  • Assisting in deposit mobilizing and promoting positive image of the Sacco.
  • Attending to all customers queries.

    Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be a holder of a diploma in business management or public relations from a recognized institution.
  • A diploma in secretarial studies from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.
  • Must have attained a C+ in KCSE.
  • Must be a computer literate.
  • Have demonstrated high level of communication skills, Oral and written.
  • Understands Sacco policies and procedures.
  • Minimum two years experience
