Opening accounts for new customers
Providing customers with their account balances.
Advising and selling society products to customers.
Addressing customers issues on the running of their accounts.
Assisting in deposit mobilizing and promoting positive image of the Sacco.
Attending to all customers queries.
Must be a holder of a diploma in business management or public relations from a recognized institution.
A diploma in secretarial studies from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.
Must have attained a C+ in KCSE.
Must be a computer literate.
Have demonstrated high level of communication skills, Oral and written.
Understands Sacco policies and procedures.
Minimum two years experience
