National Legal Aid Service Deputy Director - Internal Audit & Risk Assurance Jobs in Kenya


Qualifications

  • At least fifteen (15) years’ cumulative work experience, three (3) at Assistant Director Internal Audit level.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounts, Business Administration, or equivalent.

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance/Accounting), Finance, or equivalent.

  • CPA (K), CIA, ACCA, or equivalent.

  • Membership to ICPAK or IIA in good standing.

  • Certificate in Leadership Course.

  • Demonstrated merit and ability.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and review annual audit plan.

  • Oversee audits of operations and systems.

  • Compile audit reports and follow up on recommendations.

  • Implement annual audit plan and special tasks.

  • Formulate internal audit strategies, policies, and plans.

  • Oversee training and development of audit staff.

  • Serve as Secretary to the Audit Committee.
